You'll receive a customized contract and invoice for your dream package as well as next steps via email. To officially secure your date in our calendar, a signed contract and a retainer will be due upfront. After these two steps - you're officially booked!

Once you inquire with us, we'll send over our Welcome Guide filled with our packages, who we are, and our approach. This is also a time where we get to know each other! We'll chat all about your love story and what you're envisioning for your big day.

The BEST day is FINALLY here! We'll be there, multiple cameras in hand to serve and celebrate you both. Our approach is described as a mixture of documentary and cinematic storytelling - leaving room for the emotions to guide the day while framing each moment in a cinematic light. We draw our inspiration from the natural environment around us and strive to capture how the day feels, not just looks.
The Big Day
After booking, we'll send over some guides and questionnaires for you guys to look over and fill out together. These help us get to know you both on a deeper level and serve you in the best way. We'll stay in touch leading up to your big day - dreaming about all the details together, trading inspiration, and answering all your questions!
Planning & Staying Connected
Your customized online gallery will be delivered to your email including all of the precious outtakes from your day. Through your gallery, you will have access to an online professional print lab where you have hundreds of printing customization options (including albums). All prints will be delivered to your door!
Delivery + Printing
Our editing process is intentionally thorough. All couples will receive everything that turns out (edited high res digital and film format). Wedding and Elopement couples will receive their sneak peeks within 1 week and their full gallery in 8-10 weeks. All sessions will be delivered within 4-6 weeks.

Yes! We LOVE to travel! All of our travel fees are included in our "Out of State" Packages! We've photographed weddings everywhere from California ranch destinations to intimate mountain elopements, and we're always ready for the next adventure.

We do! I like to send over photos from every aspect of the day so I typically send over anywhere from 50-100 sneak peeks within a week after your wedding. These give you a beautiful preview while we're working on your full gallery.

On average we send back around 50-100 edited digital photos per hour of coverage. Each roll of film comes with 36 exposures, meaning you will get around 100 film photos if included in your package. You're getting everything that turns out - no hidden fees or surprise charges.

Yes! Typically, a 30% retainer is required to confirm your booking, and the remaining balance is due 1 month before your date. If you'd like to set up a payment plan, just let us know—we're happy to work with you to make wedding expenses less stressful!
